Details
The 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) left Camp Pendleton in August for a 9-month deployment. Since 2014, the City of Yorba Linda has supported these Marines and Sailors. The Yorba Linda 11th MEU Adoption Committee, a local nonprofit organization, hopes to assemble 100 holiday CARE packages for 11th MEU’s single Marines. Community assistance is needed to reach our goal and we would greatly appreciate your support. We plan to ship the packages in mid-October to ensure they arrive by Christmas. Monetary donations will be used to purchase package items or postage.
