Resuming Business Toolkit
The Resuming Business Toolkit is designed to assist employers in slowing the spread of COVID-19 [1] and lowering the impact in their workplace when reintegrating employees into non-healthcare business settings. Not sure whether you’re ready to resume business? Use CDC’s decision tools [2-3] as a start.
Guidance for the use of Face Coverings June 18, 2020
Coronavirus is spread through inhaling respiratory droplets. Wearing a mask can reduce your risk of getting and spreading the disease. It also reinforces physical distancing, and shows you care about the health of others.
Public health officials now require Californians to wear masks or cloth face coverings in most settings outside the home. And many industries are required to have workers wear a mask while on the job.
So it’s important to understand the different kinds of masks and the right way to wear them.

Save Small Business Coalition
Save Small Business Coalition is a coalition of over 60 chambers of commerce and business associations committed to the survival of a vibrant business community as businesses across the US are feeling severe economic hardships as government mandates force restrictions and closures on business.
Save Small Business Coalition is asking for the State Insurance Commissioners to mandate that Insurance Carriers cover business interruption under existing policies due to the Civil Authority closing of businesses. We also advocate that Government funding be provided to the insurance carriers to streamline this process to help save our small businesses across the country, without adversely impacting the overall insurance safety net.
Small business is the lifeblood of the American economy — we refuse to leave anyone behind • The greatest function that insurance carriers can play now is in distribution of funds – we’re empowering a solution • Due to Civil Authority, not a virus, every business is affected and needs these funds regardless of their type of coverage. • The most efficient and effective way to ensure small business recovery across the United States is through the insurance industry as a distribution channel • This is solution-oriented and easy to implement as small businesses already have relationships with their brokers
