Diffuser Bracelet Workshop

Hands-on workshop

Join us for an evening of crafty fun as we introduce you to the versatility and health benefits of essential oil-infused bracelets. We will be making bracelets with lava and decorative beads so you can wear your favorite oil all day long, whether it’s for stress, respiratory issues, focus or just plain smelling good!

We will learn how essential oils work with your limbic system in your brain for calming, uplifting, focus and more and then will be making bracelets at the class.

The class is free to attend; each bracelet is $12 and includes a small vial of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oil (several to choose from). They make great gifts!

💥BONUS! Attendees will also receive
a free iTOVi wellness scan, which measures your response to each essential oil and generates a personalized report of your top ten oils, prioritizing them in order of your body’s response. First come first served on scans, as time allows.

Beginning Line Coding for Kids Workshop (Part 2) presented by Spark4Learning (Staples YL)

Inspire your kids to go from consuming technology to creating it with Ozobots - the intersection of coding and creativity! Let Spark4Learning get them started!

About this Event
Ozobots are amazing little robots that we will use to learn the basics of beginning line coding. Students will use markers and paper to create a simple path for an Ozobot to follow. Coding is the process of creating a program for an avatar or a robot to run. Ozobots will follow specific colored lines, and if the user adds certain color codes, the Ozobot can follow the instructions and know which way to turn at a line intersection, whether to speed up or slow down, when to pause before proceeding when to proceed in a zig-zag, when to stop and spin, and more!
This class is for children from 5-11 years of age. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor (and be present in the Staples store) throughout the duration of the event.

*NOTE: New attendees are welome. We meet you at your level and grow together! For this workshop we aim to create tracks for our Ozobots to race, do tricks, and/or play a game.

Tickets can be purchased for $10 (plus a $2.24 EventBrite fee) at this EventBrite link for the October 26th, 2019 event:
