About Us

Culbertson Insurance Services, Inc. is a bond-only agency that was established in 1983 by David L. Culbertson. Dave has more than thirty-five years of experience that includes working in bond claims, bond underwriting, and bond agency production.

Dave is currently assisted in the agency by two account executives; Chuck Flake and Spencer Flake. Dave, Chuck, and Spencer have over seventy-five years of combined experience in the construction bond field.

Talented and experienced people effectively handle agency office operations. Lexie Sherwood is our office manager with twenty-five years of experience and is assisted by Erin Sherwood and Lisa Roylance.

In July 2015, Culbertson Insurance Services acquired a large book of commercial bonds. Heather Willis can assist you with any questions you may have about purchasing or renewing your commercial surety bond.
